mea ope, nec meo consilio; neque auferam tibi, Berengario Raimundo, Beatricem
uxorem tuam, nec aliquid homo, nec femina,mea arte, nec mea ope, nec meo
concilio, neque castrum Melgorii auferam vobis, nec inde auferam; nec aliquid
homo, nec femina, mea arte, nec mea ope, nec meo consilio. Et si aliquid
homo, vel femina, abstulerit vobis castrum Melgorii, vel alium vestrum honorem,
in Sustantionensi comitatu pertinentem ad castrum Melgorii, postquam me consilio
comonueritis per sacramentum, et de illa comonitione non substraham me, ego
inde recte ero vobis adjutor. Et si aliquid homo, vel femina, vos ceperit,
ego cum eo finem, pacem, nec societatem nullo modo habebo, donec tu eis liberatus
a captione, sine omni redemptione honoris et peccunie. Et si aliquid homo,
vel femina de Sustantionensi comitatu, in hoc ipso comitatu vobis guerram
fecerit, ego inde vobis recte adjutor ero, exceptis fratribus meis, et excepto
Bernardo de Andusia et infantibus suis, et Raimundo Trencavillo, et exceptis
meis hominibus; sed si mei homines nolentes facere justiciam guerram vobis
facerent, ego de hoc non manutenebo contra vos, et castrum de Monte Ferrando,
et ipsum Montem Ferrandum, postquam a me redemptus fuerit, et eum vobis
restituero, recognosco in eodem sacramento.
ltem ab hac hora in antea Melgoriensam monetam non faciam contrafacere,
nec aliam monetam argenti fieri faciam in Montepessulano, nec in toto
Sustancionensi comitatu nec in alio loco comitatu, contra istam, nec homo,
nec femina, meo consilio, nec ingenio meo, nec arte mea. Et si homo, vel
femina in toto Substancionensi comitatu hoc fecerit, cum vos per nuncios
vostros, vel per nuncium me commonueritis, et de illa commonicione non substraham
me adjutor vobis sine enganno inde ero. Hoc autem de moneta ego ita tenebo
vobis et attendam, si vos tenueritis michi, et non violaveritis illud quod
michi jurasti de moneta et de tribus denariis: videlicet si vos violaveristis
illud quocl jurastis michi de moneta et de tribus denariis, ego non vero
vobis in sacramento quin possem eam facere; sed vos eritis michi et succesoribus
meis saccramento obligati. De aliis vero omnibus que suprascripta sunt, excepto
de moneta, vobis ero obligatus in perpetuum sine omni retentione.
