de Montferrand (Hérault)
Anno Incarnationis Dominice millesimo trecentesimo undecimo, scilicet
pridie kalendas septembris, domino Philippo rege Francorum regnante, noverint
universi quod Bernardus Teulerii bajulus Sancti Mathei, Petrus Bernardi bajulus
de Cecellesio, Almaricus Johannis et Guillelmus de Barra servientes curie
Montisferrandi pro domino in Christo patre domino Johanne, miseratione divina
Magalonensi episcopo, mandato ut asserebant nobilis et discreti viri domini
Guillelmi Arnaudi Mascaronis, castellani castri Montisferrandi pro prelibato
domino Magalonensi episcopo, fecerunt fustigare, escobando et verberando
quemdam hominem, vocatum Berengarium Antoni, sartorem, qui plura et diversa
latrocina et maleficia dicebatur, comississe infra terram et jurisdictionem
dicti domini Magalonensis episcopi, videlicet fustigando ipsum et verberando
in manso vocato del Cayret, alias de na Guiraudeta, et in ejus pertinentiis,
siti infra parrochiam Sancte Crucis de Quintillanicis, ubi dictus dominus
Magalonensis episcopus habet altam et bassam jurisdictionem et merum
imperium.
Item consequenter fuit dictus fustigando et verberando usque ad Sanctam
Crucem de Quintillanicis, et deinde usque ad mansum vocatum de la Meulla,
situm infra dictam parrochiam Sancte Crucis; et in area dicti mansi fuit
solutus et relaxatus per dictos executores.
Et ibidem preconisari fecerunt dicti executores, pro parte curie castri
Montisferrandi domini Magalonensis episcopi, quod nullus alicujus conditionis
existens esset ausus venari nec capere, infra jurisdiccionem dicti castri,
perdices, cirigrillos, neque columbas, sub pena sexaginta solidorum turonensium
presenti curie applicanda.
Predicta omnia et singula [facia fuerunt] anno et die, et loco
quibus supra, palam et publice, et in pace sine contradictione aliqua cujusquam,
presentibus testibus ad hec specialiter vocatis Petro Fabri de Tribus viis,
Guillelmo Bozcari sabaterio de Sancto Matheo, Jacobo de Morteriis, Johanne
Laboni, Guillelmo Aymidali, Petro Rebolli, Raimundo de Curtibus, et pluribus
aliis, et me Raimundo de Morteriis, notario publico domini Magalonensis episcopi,
qui hiis omnibus et singulis interfui, et vocatus et requisitus per dictos
exequtores hec omnia et singula scripsi et signo meo signavi.
