Et invenerunt primo in domo episcopali dicti castri de Gijano octo vasa vinaria et I vinagerriam; et quinque vasa in quibus bladum colligitur, I parvum et duo magna; et unum embut magnum de ligno, et I tinam que alias nuncupatur torcular; et duas cemals; et VI arcas magnas; et VI scrinna; et quatuor tabulas; et duas cemals ad comedendum deputatas; et quatuor culcitras de pluma, et totidem de palea; et VI pulvinaria de pluma; et quinque flessiatas, et IIIIor lectos de ligno; et I culcitram de pabilo; et I sestariale de blado; et duas parvas botas, in quibus bladum servatur; et IIII mensuras parvas de blado; et I ferratum, cum quo aqua auritur; et I pairolam et cassam I de cupro absque cauda; et II bancos cum guasarma una; et I aratram munitum; et V modia vini puri; et octo porcellos nutriendos cum quadam scrophia; et V saumatas de feno; et de palea apilare domus stabulari versus partem sinistram palearii; et fuit estimatum quarta pars cujusdam domus in qua pallee colligintur; preterea eciam V linteamina; et XIII sestaria bladi, quod mescla dicitur ordei et frumenti; et II amphoras cum quatuor cupis; et duas duodenas inter parapsides et scutellas; et I martorium cum trissone suo; et quosdam grilans cum quodam paliesseugle de ferro; et unam furcam ferream; et III furcas de ligno; et I aisetam; et I ressam; et I broc; et I embruc parvum de vergis; et I cillam sine cupretorio in qua oves et capra mulcebantur; et duos cados; et I pilam lapidis in qua porci comedunt; et quoddam bresses sine funibus, quibus tempore mecium guarde ducuntur; et invenerunt XXXVIII sestarias terrarum domini Magalonensis episcopi, in castro superius memorato, de V reguas cultos; in quibus sestariatis bladum fuit messibus preteritis modo; et quandam partitam in quadam camera super qua superlectilia reponuntur.

Que omnia et singula fuerunt tradita per supradictos priore ex parte venerabilis patris G[uillelmi], Dei gratia Magalonensis episcopi, domino G. Bedocii, priori ecclesie Beati Petri Montisbaseni, recipienti pro se et S. Bedocio, fratre suo absente.

Hujus rei testes sunt P. Catalani de Gijano, P. de Conchis sacerdos ecclesie Sancti Genesii de Gigano, et G. Catalani, publicus notarius domini episcopi predicti, qui hec scripsit.

Et sciendum quod propter illa que supra scripta sunt invenerunt quasdam mapas; et cetere ecclesie terre castri predicti erant in restoble.
