pour le château de Pignan (Hérault).
Eu Amalricx de Pinnan, filz de Maltosa a te Guillem d'Omellaz, fil
d'Ermesens, d'aquesta hora adenant del castel de Pinnan de las forsas que
ara i son, ni adenant y seran, not decebrai, ni te tolrai, ni t'en tolrai,
ni te vendarai, eu, ni hom, ni femena, ab ma art, ni ab mon engein, ni ab
mon consentament, meun escient. E si hom ara, ni femena, chel ti tolgues,
ni t'en tolgues, eu ab aquel ni ab aquella, fin ni societat non aura, si
per lo castel a recobrar non o aura: e la on recobrad l'aurai en ton ponder
lo tornaria, sens logre et sens deceptio; e des achella hora adenant, en
eis sacrament t'estaria. Et aquest castel not vedarai, per quantes vez tu
m'en semonras per te, ni per to messatge; e de somons nom vedarai. Aissi
con en esta carta escrit es, e clergues legir i o pod, aissi t'o tenrai,
e t'o atendrai, meun escient, per est sans. Factum est hoc, anno Dominice
Incarnationis M C XL VIIII, mense madii, in castello de Veiruna, in ecclesia
Sancte Marie, super altare Sancti Felicis, in presentia et audientia Guillelmi

Monte Arnaldo, Guillelmi de Sordonicis, Bertrandi de Salve, Raimundi Guerra,
Bertrandi Guerra, Raimundi de Salvinnaco, Guiraldi de Omellaz, Guillelmi
de Albaigua, Poncii de Montannaco, Bertrandi de Cornon, Poncii Maltos, Raterii,
